“Tom became my personal trainer in June 2015 and I came with a long term back problem, a dodgy right collar bone and a mysterious injury to my left shoulder which meant that it was very painful to do anything, including driving’ all of which meant I had restricted movement and mobility in both shoulders which was leading me to become increasingly round shouldered.
Through a careful selection of exercises, patience and hard work within a few months not only had the pain gone, but with Tom’s persistence and in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology the strength and mobility of both shoulders has improved significantly.
